|Before you book your reservation, please read this important information. We appreciate your cooperation in assisting us to provide the best possible service for you.|
|In order to guarantee
availability, we must require that the first night be prepaid on all
reservations. If you prefer this be done by check or money order, we
must receive your payment within ten days of the date that the
reservation was established. Reservations established and not prepaid at
this time will automatically be cancelled. We can pre-charge a credit
card at the time the reservation is established (Visa, MasterCard,
Discover Card, American Express).
Please understand that your credit card will be charged for the first night of your requested accommodations.
All deposits will include the room rate plus city occupancy tax.
Although we can guarantee space and rate requirements only, we will make every attempt to honor specific requests.
|A Reservation Confirmation will be issued once the reservation has been guaranteed. It is extremely important that your confirmation be reviewed for accuracy. Any discrepancies need to be brought to our attention as quickly as possible for correction. If not, we will assume the reservation is correct.|
|If you need to cancel all or part of your reservation, or require other changes in your schedule, we must receive advance notice. Because we do not overbook, advice of cancellations must be given at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. If you are unable to cancel within the specified time, we reserve the right to charge for at least one day or for full length of stay. At the time of cancellation, you will be issued a cancellation number. Please make note of this number, as any future reference to refund will require it.|
